Returns & Exchanges

At QUAY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
